Home Delivery Network (HDNL) Edinburgh

I ordered a Christmas present via Amazon recently, and it was dispatched by the somewhat infamous HDNL - Home Delivery Network. HDNL are infuriating as their website has no contact or depot details of any kind. And if you phone them up, they can't even tell you where their local depots are. A friend of mine tells me its because they subcontract out all of their local delivery. The only way you get their address is by having the HDNL call center arrange for the local depot to call you. Crazy, I know.

Anyway, to help out those in the Edinburgh area, here is the contact and address details of HDNL Edinburgh, obtained today after I called the call center a second time to request the location of the depot.

Address: HDNL Edinburgh. Unit 8A, Newbridge Industrial Estate, EH28 8LD.
Phone: 0131 333 5383 (number I was called from)

As you turn right off Cliftonhall Road, continue straight on down the unnamed road until you reach the T junction, at which point I am told you have to turn left. Apparently "you can't miss us" at this point. I'm picking up my parcel on Saturday (depot open until 3pm), so we shall see how it goes. Remember to bring two forms of ID: photo ID + utility bill.

I know you posted this a year ago (and I hope you got your parcel ok), but it was great to get their secret number, I just called them this morning, and cut out all the 'middle men'. Thanks

Again - thanks for this secret number! Fingers crossed I have managed to change my delivery address without going through Amazon!

Thanks, very useful. I hope you got your parcel, just as I hope I get mine tomorrow when I turn up, without notice, to collect it. Their automated number is useless.

As the others thanks for this - ludicrous to carry onj like this - I have ordered dozens of parcels from Amazon and yet this shower could not find where I work (which ahs 2000 people!). Got really fed up and told Amazon to refund me and I will re-order to home address!

Thanks! This information is so helpful (HDNL website claims not to recognize my Tracking Number and therefore won't give me any information about nearest depot).
Thanks again!

Just called this morning to see if they are delivering (had ordered a parcel to be delivered today) but no vans are out (at least a foot of snow across eastern UK). So number still works and you get straight through!!

Thanks for the number. I called and the person on the phone was very helpful. Let's hope we are going to get our parcel!
